Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Client Services professional within Securities Services in Singapore to act as the primary liaison for assigned clients on custodial relationships.

You will ensure high service levels, timely responses, and a consistently strong customer experience. The role requires partnering with Operations to meet SLAs, maintaining regular client contact, and advocating for customers while delivering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with direct experience in corporate account services.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service at a senior level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
• Effective presentation skills, comfortable with senior-level audiences.
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations to meet service level standards.
• Review client requirements and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Maintain regular client contact and initiate service reviews as agreed.
• Be the voice of the customer and own solutions.
• Facilitate timely and accurate query responses.
• Monitor regional and global markets for developments and prepare insights for clients.
• Ensure effective client communication on areas of impact, including bulletins and inquiries.
• Initiate issue escalation to Unit Heads when necessary.
• Maintain MIS on client AUC and activity for internal reporting.
