Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional for its Global Transaction Services portfolio in Singapore. You will manage institutional investor clients, drive revenue growth, and coordinate across in-country teams to close deals in cash management, custody, and FX.

You will develop deep client insights, align product and operations, and maintain risk controls while expanding wallet share in a matrix, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in Financial Institutions Sales, Transaction Banking, Securities Services, Custody, or Institutional Client Coverage.
• Strong knowledge of the Institutional Investor ecosystem including broker dealers, private equities, funds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Institutional Investor clients and drive revenue growth.
• Deepen wallet share and develop new client relationships via targeted due diligence.
• Meet revenue targets and coordinate with regional teams to scale sales.
• Conduct client visits and calls to close deals across Cash & Custody, FX, and banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Product, Operations, Technology and Compliance to deliver solutions.
