Job summary

HSBC Global Private Banking is seeking a Client Service Executive Team Leader in Singapore to supervise a team of client service executives and ensure exceptional client servicing quality.

The role requires strong private banking experience, excellent communication, and the ability to drive compliance with KYCM, data accuracy, and sales standards while building productive relationships across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in private banking as a client service executive or similar background in client servicing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Team player with drive for success and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and nurture a team of client service executives in private banking to ensure quality and consistent client servicing.
• Explain operational matters to clients and develop client awareness and compliance with operational requirements.
• Manage the Know Your Customer program and ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
• Provide support to Offshore Representative Offices. Receive, manage and log faxed transaction instructions and answer calls from Representatives and clients.
• Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships internally and externally.
• Ensure data input is timely and in correct format.
• Adhere to the selling process and sales quality requirements; ensure compliance with group standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that all credit applications meet deadlines.
