Job summary

KWAN YONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites applications for a Site Administration role to support daily operations at the project site. You will liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to monitor complaints and defects, and maintain records and reports.

The candidate has at least 3 years of site admin experience, can use MS Office, and communicates in English plus another Singapore official language. 5-day week; Sunday off and a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum pass with at least 5 subjects including English at GCE O-Level or Nitec.
• Capable of effective English communication and another Singapore official language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
• At least 3 years of site administration experience.
• Experience with HDB BTO projects is preferred.
• 5-day work week, off on Sunday and one weekday.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
• Liaise with client/consultants and contractors for monitoring and closure of complaints, feedback and defects.
• Carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
• Man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
• Arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure good public relations with residents.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying and filing as assigned.
• Maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely weekly/monthly status reports to client.
• Assist in the purchase of construction materials.
• Assist in the preparation of ISO.
