Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Site/Construction Manager to lead daily site operations in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate construction works, manage subcontractors and clients, and ensure schedule adherence and quality standards.

You will implement safety measures, review method statements and permits, and report progress to the Project Manager while ensuring compliance with HDB, BCA, MOM requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience in HDB construction projects, preferably in Site/Construction Management.
Knowledge of HDB requirements, site operations, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations and oversee construction activities.
Plan and coordinate construction works and site logistics.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Ensure compliance with HDB, BCA, MOM, and other relevant project requirements.
Implement and monitor workplace safety and health measures.
Review method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
Monitor construction quality and oversee rectification works.
Manage site manpower, equipment, and material resources.
Prepare and provide regular project progress updates to the Project Manager.

Education

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
