Job summary

You will coordinate multiple trades, ensure schedule, budget, and safety standards are met, report progress, and guide foremen to deliver quality workmanship on HDB/Condo/Landed schemes. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential to resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
