Job summary

Bulgari Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience and drive store sales. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through product discovery and ensuring outstanding service.

The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, managing CRM activities, and supporting after-sales service while upholding Bulgari's standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Establish and develop relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling and increase sales.
• Develop and engage new customers by providing customized advice and introducing them to brand discovery.
• Manage the sales process according to delivery standards and contribute to KPI achievement.
• Perform 1-1 CRM activities and handle after-sales duties as required.

BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Client Advisor to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as provide excellent service to customers.

• Establish and develop relationship with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and increase sales achievement.
• Develop and engage new customers by providing customized advice and introducing them to the discovery of the brand.
• Manage the sales process as per delivery standards.
• Contribute to the store and service KPI's achievement and apply all sales related procedures and guidelines.
• Perform 1-1 CRM activities as per Store Manager's instructions.
• Perform all After Sales service and other pertinent ad-hoc duties.

• Must have a strong knowledge of the Luxury business
• Must possess strong selling skills and results oriented
• A conversationalist, resourceful and customer-focused
• Able to carry out store procedures and processes
• Familiar with CRM techniques and tolls and other store operation applications
