Job summary

BVLGARI Singapore is seeking an energetic Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building and nurturing client relationships while driving store sales through personalized service.

You will manage CRM activities, provide tailored advice, and collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets while upholding brand standards and delivering seamless service to every client.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the luxury retail market and clienteling.
• Excellent selling skills with a results orientation.
• Strong communication, customer-focused attitude, and professionalism.
• Familiar with store procedures and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling and increase sales.
• Develop and engage new customers by offering tailored advice and introducing brand discovery.
• Manage the sales process according to delivery standards.
• Contribute to store and service KPI achievement and follow procedures.
• Perform CRM activities as directed by Store Manager.
• Handle after-sales service and other ad-hoc duties.
