v-elegant pte. ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily claims and scheme operations in a dynamic setting. You will supervise attendance, performance and conduct, and allocate daily tasks while coordinating verifications, enquiries and administrative duties.

The role requires strong coordination and documentation skills, and experience in HR administration or account management. You will liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues and support policy compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a supervisory or project-lead role.
• Experience in manpower deployment or HR administration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily claims and scheme operations.
• Supervise staff attendance, performance and conduct.
• Allocate and monitor daily work assignments.
• Coordinate claim verification, enquiries, appeals and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Manage manpower deployment and relief arrangements.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
