Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations manager for a 3-year contract to oversee HR claims processing and enhance operational efficiency. You will lead a team in achieving strategic objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Ideal candidates should possess a degree, have a minimum of four years of experience in HR claims, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of working experience in processing HR claims, disbursement, and refunds.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must uphold strong code of work ethics, particularly confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate approval of make-up pay payments.
• Deliver a professional standard of service to customers.
• Coach and develop employees in required competencies.
• Exercise judgment to approve claims for fair compensation.
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports for management.
• Investigate non-conformances for corrective action.
• Guide the team on complex claims and deviation cases.
• Execute communication programs to shape employer/NSmen behavior.
• Review and implement solutions for operational efficiency.
