Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in customs, export documentation, logistics or international trade.
• Familiar with export declaration procedures and customs documents.
• Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, HS Code or trade compliance is preferred.
• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills; Chinese language is required for liaising with Chinese counterparts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Export Documentation & Customs Clearance: prepare export-related documents and declarations, ensure compliance.
• Shipment & Logistics Coordination: monitor schedules, liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams.
• System & Data Management: maintain shipment and customer data in internal systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: follow trade policies, support audits, identify process improvements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Documentation & Customs Clearance

• Prepare export-related customs documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations and related documents.
• Coordinate export customs clearance and ensure compliance with Singapore customs requirements.
• Review shipment documentation accuracy.

2. Shipment & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate export declaration, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, factories and internal teams.
• Follow up shipment exceptions.

3. System & Data Management

• Maintain shipment and customer-related information in internal systems.
• Ensure customs data accuracy and completeness.
• Support document uploading and system operations.

4. Compliance & Process Improvement

• Follow trade compliance policies and Singapore customs regulations.
• Support audits and documentation reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
