Job summary

Singco BV invites a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our Chinese cuisine outlet(s) and drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth through effective management and operational excellence.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting, while developing strategies to raise revenue and improve efficiency. Strong leadership and a background in high-volume dining are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant operations experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and dining experiences.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and legal environment.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure quality products and maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor restaurant financials including sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and POS systems proficiently to support operational and reporting tasks.
• Commit to flexible working hours including overtime, weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts.
