Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, and hygiene.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures per SOPs.
• Manage reservations, seating, and table turnover.
• Lead, train, and supervise service staff.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and suppliers for quality and shortages.
