Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Cantonese cuisine to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure service excellence, maintain food quality and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise front-of-house and kitchen coordination, manage team scheduling, handle reservations, and drive sales while complying with safety standards. The role requires 6-8 years in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese cuisine, and a willingness to work split shifts including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of restaurant management experience (preferably in Chinese/Cantonese cuisine).
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays and handle split shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service, high food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house coordination during shifts.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with SOPs.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures per SOPs and ensure daily operations run smoothly during peak hours.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain guest relations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure timely service and optimal inventory control.
