Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and dining needs professionally.
• Lead service crew and supervise shifts.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage reservations, seating and VIP bookings.
