Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily Cantonese cuisine operations at our Singapore outlet. You will supervise front-of-house and kitchen coordination, drive service standards, and ensure safe, high-quality experiences for guests.

With 6–8 years in restaurant leadership, you will lead a service crew, manage bookings and events, monitor hygiene, and collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain efficient workflows and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with Chinese cuisine is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts.
• Lead service crew and on-the-job training for staff.
• Manage reservations, VIP bookings and large group events.
• Monitor hygiene, safety and food safety standards.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
