The role emphasizes expertise in stir-frying, steaming, and roasting, with attention to food safety and quality, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in Chinese cuisine, 3–5 years in a Chinese restaurant.
• Skilled in Chinese cooking methods including stir-frying, steaming, and roasting.
• Culinary training or experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
