Job summary

CITIC Securities International is seeking a China Sales professional to develop institutional client relationships and maximize revenues for Chinese products. You will work closely with the client’s investment and research teams, presenting services and advising on opportunities.

Responsibilities include supporting IPOs/placements, expanding the institutional client base, and ensuring data accuracy in CIS systems, while collaborating with research and sales traders to communicate product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines.
0–3 years of institutional equities experience; fresh grads may be considered.
Good knowledge of Chinese equities (A/H, ADR).
Experience collaborating with Research teams and Sales Traders to ensure clear communication.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of client needs and requirements to service institutional accounts.
Support China IPOs and placements by coordinating points of contact.
Identify opportunities and deepen relationships with institutional clients of Chinese products.
Leverage relationships to promote China products and broaden client engagement.
Identify and cultivate new clients; implement account management as directed.
Maintain client database integrity and use CIS tools effectively.
Attend and participate in client base meetings and morning briefings.
Actively support and promote the team and the company.
