CITIC Securities International in Singapore is seeking a China Sales professional for Institutional Equities to develop relationships with major institutional accounts and promote China product offerings.

The role requires strong Mandarin/English communication, knowledge of Chinese equities, and collaboration with Research and Sales Traders to serve large clients. A global platform and cross-border deal exposure are core benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business/Finance
• 0–3 years of experience in Institutional Equities; fresh graduates considered
• Good knowledge and experience with Chinese equities (A.H, ADR)
• Demonstrated familiarity working with Research teams and Sales Traders to ensure information is communicated and understood appropriately

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and promote advisory services for China products.
• Assist deal captain on Chinese IPOs and placements with full contact coverage.
• Identify opportunities and build relationships with institutional clients for China products.
• Deepen existing client relationships to expand China product usage.
• Cultivate new clients and execute account management as directed.
• Maintain client data accuracy in CIS and participate in meetings.
• Attend morning and client-base meetings and contribute ideas.
• Support team and company initiatives.
