Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, equipment servicing, maintenance or repair operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Experience with industrial equipment servicing, rotating equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, pumps or similar mechanical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the chiller workshop, ensuring repair targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Coach and develop a team of technicians and engineers, fostering safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and allocate manpower and workshop resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, repair evaluation and root-cause analysis.
• Review inspection findings, validate repair recommendations and approve spare parts requirements.
• Participate in customer technical discussions, providing engineering advice and practical repair solutions.
