Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, equipment servicing, maintenance or repair operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
Experience with industrial equipment servicing, rotating equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, pumps or similar mechanical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the chiller workshop, ensuring repair targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
Coach and develop a team of technicians and engineers, fostering safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Plan and allocate manpower and workshop resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, repair evaluation and root-cause analysis.
Review inspection findings, validate repair recommendations and approve spare parts requirements.
Participate in customer technical discussions, providing engineering advice and practical repair solutions.
