Job summary

APP Systems Services, a leading provider of high-technology solutions, seeks a Lead Service Engineer for the chiller division. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the team, and ensure safe, timely execution of service activities at workshops and customer sites.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of hands-on experience with industrial or commercial refrigeration and chiller systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ownership of projects and service activities.
• Leads and collaborates with team members while managing multiple priorities.
• Performs installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of chiller equipment at workshops and customer sites.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Acts as primary technical contact to resolve customer issues through to closure.
• Prepares detailed service reports and communicates with the product principal.
