Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC or chiller experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot chiller systems for optimal performance.
• Provide customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
• Collaborate with agents, customers and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Field-based role with travel to client sites.
• Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
