Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Chiller Technician for Expression of Interest to join our facilities services team. You will lead technicians in chiller maintenance, oversee servicing of ACMV systems, and support safety and reliability across sites.

The role requires a Diploma/NITEC in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on experience with major chiller brands, and the ability to lead and coordinate with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
• Experience in chiller/ACMV maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of major chiller brands (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Smardt or equivalent).
• Good communication and teamwork; ability to lead technicians.
• Able to work independently and support standby/shutdown activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians in chiller maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and annual shutdown activities.
• Perform and oversee servicing of chillers and ACMV systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Provide technical guidance on fault diagnosis, system optimization, and complex repair works.
• Liaise with customers, prepare quotations, and support service excellence and business growth.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost requirements.
