Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimum performance and efficiency.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring correct installation and proper functioning.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
Respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
