You will be joining Sahakar Sarathi Pvt Ltd as the Chief Product and Technology Officer, a full-time on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the product development lifecycle, crafting and implementing IT strategies, supervising cross-functional project teams, and spearheading business and market strategy initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with other members of the executive team to foster innovation, drive growth, ensure that technology solutions are in line with the company's objectives, and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Information Technology and IT Strategy, proficiency in Project Management, a track record of developing and executing Business Strategies, exceptional leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to work harmoniously with diverse stakeholders.
