Job description
    This role is for one of Weekday's clients based in Mumbai and requires a minimum of 18 years of experience. As a full-time CHRO, you will be responsible for various key functions within the organization. Your role will involve strategic leadership and planning, where you will develop and execute HR strategies to align with the business goals. This includes workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management. Leading the HR department, you will manage the HR team to create a positive and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that comply with legal requirements and ensure fair practices. In terms of talent management and development, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement strategies, training and development programs, and performance management systems to drive growth and performance. You will also be in charge of ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, managing HR-related risks, overseeing HR systems" implementation and maintenance, and managing the HR budget along with forecasting and reporting on the effectiveness of HR programs. Additionally, you will address employee relations issues, promote effective communication with key stakeholders, and support organizational change management initiatives.,
