Job summary

A leading community organization in Singapore seeks a dynamic leader to manage the Culture, Education and Community Department. This pivotal role requires overseeing teams, enhancing outreach capabilities, and ensuring the strategic objectives of the organization are met. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in relevant fields and a strong understanding of both English and Chinese cultures. This position is integral for fostering partnerships and promoting community initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant work experience with at least 5 years’ experience in senior managerial capacity.
• Relevant Degree standard or higher qualification.
• Relevant experience in a non-profit organisation will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CEC department to promote SCCCI’s strategic objectives.
• Supervise the CECA and H&C teams to rally stakeholder support.
• Oversee curatorial and outreach functions for SCCCI's Heritage & Culture.
