The CEO oversees all operations, sets performance targets, and works closely with the Board of Directors to align the company’s direction with its mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define the company’s long-term strategy and translate it into actionable business plans.
  • Lead the organisation to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Identify new market opportunities, business partnerships, and investment avenues.
2. Business Operations & Performance Management
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure business targets are met.
  • Implement efficient systems, processes, and controls to optimise productivity.
3. Financial Management
  • Develop and manage the company’s budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, risk management, and cost control.
  • Work with the CFO and finance team to drive healthy cash flow, profitability, and fiscal discipline.
4. Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors and provide timely updates on business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company in external engagements, industry functions, and key negotiations.
5. Talent & Culture Leadership
  • Lead and develop a strong senior management team.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture.
  • Ensure succession planning and strong leadership development pipelines.
6. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure company-wide adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Oversee risk identification and mitigation strategies across the organisation.
  • Strengthen policies, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.

  • Drive digital transformation, process improvements, and innovation culture.
  • Champion new technologies, products, and business models that advance competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
1. Education & Professional Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or C-suite role.
