Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef/Kitchen Assistant to prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.

You will maintain quality, taste, and portion control while managing stock and keeping the kitchen clean. Adherence to SFA safety standards is essential. You will work with the kitchen team during busy periods, assist with menu planning and food cost control, and train junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Chef/Kitchen Assistant.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine is an added advantage.
