Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef/Kitchen Assistant to prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards.

You will maintain food quality, manage stock, train junior staff, and follow SFA safety rules while working with the kitchen team during busy periods. Meal provided and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef/Kitchen Assistant.
• Relevant experience in Chinese cuisine is an added advantage.
• Willingsness to work a 6-day week.
