Job summary

101 NOODLES FRANCHISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a kitchen assistant to support the Head Chef in daily operations, preparing Chinese noodles according to recipes, and maintaining the quality, quantity and presentation of food served.

You will handle food preparation, portioning and plating, and ensure cleanliness and safety of the kitchen while working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. WSQ Level 1 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a kitchen/hawker/restaurant environment.
• Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Physically well and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and kitchen staff would be an advantage.
