Job summary

Sget Sg Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chinese kitchen chef to craft authentic dishes for daily operations. You will lead wok-based cooking, ensure taste, quality, and presentation meet high standards, and work closely with the kitchen team to support busy service.

Applicants should have at least 5 years in Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchens, strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, and a solid commitment to hygiene and safety in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Chinese cuisine.
• Proficient in wok cooking.
• Familiar with steaming, boiling, braising, and other Chinese cooking methods.
• Experienced in preparing various types of Chinese dishes.
• Able to independently handle daily kitchen cooking operations.
• Good awareness of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Responsible and able to adapt to the fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 Location: Chinatown / Raffles Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from MRT

Working Hours

• 6 days per week
• 10 hours per day
• Shift timing will be arranged according to the restaurant’s schedule

Requirements
