Job summary

PARADI COFFEE is opening a new cafe in Singapore and seeks a skilled Chef De Partie to join the founding team. You will manage pastry production, collaborate with the barista team, and maintain strict quality by following cafe recipes and safety standards.

You’ll set up station mise en place, execute orders on the hot line, assist with plating, and participate in menu development and periodic R&D to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commis CDP or CDP in cafe, bakery, or hot kitchen.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course certification (or equivalent).
• Hands-on pastry/baking techniques and batch prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute early morning bake-offs (croissants, danishes, sourdough, and specialty bakes).
• Prepare artisanal bakes, waffles, tea cakes, and gelato pairings per recipes.
• Batch-prepare house-made barista ingredients and coordinate with barista team for stock.
• Organize mise en place, run hot kitchen line, and support plating and menu R&D.
