You will manage daily baking operations, dough preparation, proofing, and finishing while upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Formación

• Min. 2-3 years relevant experiences.
• Willing to learn, coach & adapt to change.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
• Energetic, cooperative, initiative and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to commence work immediately is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute daily bakery production according to production schedules.
• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items per approved recipes.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, texture, and portioning.
• Monitor dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished bakery products.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and stock rotation of bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bakery workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by your superior.
