Paradi Coffee is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join the founding team at Lavender Street, Singapore. You will manage morning bake-offs, pastry prep, and support beverage prep with the barista team, ensuring freshness for daily opening.

This role requires early mornings, station ownership, strict hygiene and inventory control, and collaboration across kitchen and front-of-house. You’ll help develop menu items, participate in R&D, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commis Chef, Demi CDP, or CDP in cafe/bakery or hot kitchen.
• WSQ Food Safety Certification or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on bake-offs, pastry/baking techniques, and batch prep knowledge.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory and food safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Execute early morning bake-offs (croissants, pastries) to ensure daily freshness.
• Prepare artisanal bakes, waffles, tea cakes, and gelato pairings with recipes.
• Batch-prepare syrups, sauces, and beverage bases; coordinate with baristas for stock.
• Organize mise en place, support hot line service, and assist in plating and menu development.
