Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section.
• Oversee daily operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain the quality of the food provided.
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team.
• Support the Executive Sous Chef on daily operation.
• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards.
• Review existing menu as required.
• Assist in maximising profitability.
• Supervise daily operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly.
• Manage the overall kitchen operation.
