Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B (hotel or celebrity chef restaurant).
• Proficient in written and conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen operations to maintain highest food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and wastage; ensure proper labelling and rotation.
