Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a kitchen cook with Chinese cuisine experience to work at the wok station and assist with prep, sauces, and meals for staff.

You will ensure ingredients are prepared in advance, maintain sanitary standards, and comply with HACCP and 5S guidelines under the supervision of the Chief Chef. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess a basic food hygiene certificate, with good physical endurance for a fast-paced kitchen

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.

• Good physical condition and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in raw food trimmer, cutter and wok station.
• Prepare food with fillings and follow-up on appetizers and sauces.
• Prepare all specified ingredients and sauces before the start of operation.
• Arrange and prepare staff meals.
• Label names and dates before food is stored.
• Maintain a sanitary environment at the kitchen area.
• Ensure that HACCP & 5S requirements are met.
• Any other duties assigned by the Chief Chef.
