PDR Group (SEA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chef to join our CBD kitchen. The role focuses on preparing Chinese cold dishes, cutting ingredients, and maintaining high standards of taste, presentation and portion control. You will handle daily prep, assist with service, monitor freshness and ensure strict hygiene.

You will work a full shift of 9 hours, with breaks, and assist with inventory and cleanliness. Staff meals and uniforms are provided, with AWS and performance bonus according to policy.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and manage food preparation during busy periods.
• Experience in preparing Chinese cold dishes and cutting ingredients in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.
• Good knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and consistently.
• Familiar with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Able to work the stated shift, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Role: Chef

Location: CBD (Near to MRT)

Working Hours: Full shift - 9 hours with 2 hours break

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble cold dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Cut and prepare meat, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients accurately and consistently.

• Support inventory control and minimise food wastage.
• Guide and work closely with kitchen assistants during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the management.
