Job summary

PDR GROUP (SEA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen operations during day and night shifts in the CBD area near MRT.

Your role involves basic food prep, helping chefs, maintaining hygiene, and working in a fast-paced team environment while complying with safety procedures. Shifts include evenings and nights with weekend availability; benefit from staff meals and uniforms.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is important.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, washing, cutting and portioning ingredients.
• Support chefs in preparing and plating dishes.
• Prepare ingredients and supplies before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas.
• Wash kitchen equipment and utensils when required.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by supervisor.

Role: Kitchen Assistant - Day/Night Shift

Location: CBD (Near to MRT)

Working Hours: 5pm to 3am/10am to 10pm

Key Responsibilities:
