Our client is a Wholesale Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Channel Sales Lead / Senior Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Benefits Summary:
  • Upto $4,500 + Monthly Fixed Allowance + Bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion strategies.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to maximize product visibility and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize results and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans to improve team and channel partner performance, where applicable.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in business, marketing, or a related studies fieldor equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
