Job summary

xfusion international pte. ltd. is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Executive in Singapore to manage distributors, resellers, and VARs. You will develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to grow revenue and expand the customer base.

You will train and support channel partners, conduct business reviews, and coordinate with marketing to launch channel-specific campaigns. Willingness to travel and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of channel sales experience, preferably in technology.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of channel sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and VARs.
Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Provide training and support to sales channels to enable them to sell our products and services.
Conduct regular business reviews with sales channels to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with marketing to develop channel-specific campaigns and programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales activities and progress toward targets.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
