Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day relationships with distributor partners and drive sales targets.
• Identify and secure new customers through distributors and direct engagement.
• Conduct joint field visits with distributor teams and customers in the food service sector.
• Plan product trainings, promotions, and events to grow market share.
• Develop market intelligence and identify opportunities for channel expansion.
• Prepare and present regular reports on distributor performance and sales progress.
