Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Channel Sales Support professional in Singapore to help implement sales strategies and manage partner relationships. You will coordinate submissions, quotes, onboarding, and post-sales activities to drive growth.

The role involves daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with agreements and reporting, and supporting OEM initiatives and special rate arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales or partner management is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Business acumen in budgeting, forecasting and commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Support channel sales strategies, planning, forecasting, budgeting and commercial offers to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams for submissions, quotations and onboarding.
• Manage daily channel sales operations and ensure compliance with agreements and reporting.
• Support OEM sales activities, including group buys and partner management.
• Handle onboarding and post-sales operations for onboarded customers, including rate requests and admin tasks.

Job description

• Support the implementation of channel sales strategies, planning, forecasting, budgeting and commercial offers to achieve business objectives.


• Coordinate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to manage sales submissions, quotations, sales action plans, partner onboarding and performance monitoring.


• Manage daily channel sales operations and ensure compliance with commercial agreements, including sales commissions, customer cancellations, CTA-related matters and reporting requirements.


• Support OEM sales activities, including Group Buy, Corporate Bulk Buy, channel partner management and post-sales operations across new sales and renewals.


• Handle operational matters for onboarded customers, including special rate requests, novation cases, arrears management and other sales-related administrative requirements.
