Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a contract staff for a 6-month role in Singapore, located at Raffles Place. The position involves assisting in post-trade transactions, preparing investment materials, document batching, and general administrative duties with standard working hours.

The role includes filing, courier coordination, EOI lodgement, FX contract retrieval, and archival tasks, with a salary up to S$2,600 per month.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Post Trade Transactions
• Filling up of forms / assisting SCAs / CAAs on preparing investment materials
• Batching of trade related documents and forms (i.e. account opening doc, customers' request requests etc)
• Prepare EOI lodgement
• Courier - Prepare docs to send out and assist SCAs to key in courier request and bringing physical forms to PBCs for processing and manage Inward and outward mail bags (review documents content)
• Statement and FX (Foreign Exchange) contract retrieval extraction
• Fee waiver, retag, upgrade via EAP
• EWF scanning/ extraction/ reconciliation
• Order stationary and general filing and document archival
• Other admin duties as assigned
