Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder with relevant KYC/banking operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform signature verification against authorized mandates.
• Validate data entries and ensure consistency across documents.
• Conduct screening checks as required by policy and regulation.
• Update internal systems with document status and information.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on pending items timely and accurately.
• Maintain and update application tracking spreadsheets.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to team goals.
• Undertake other duties as assigned for operational needs.
