Qualifications

• Degree holder in Banking and Finance with at least 1 year experience in a banking environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
• Highly responsible with accuracy and detail in data handling.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently with speed and quality.
• Foundational PC skills and awareness of internet security best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; familiar with Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer profiles on various e-banking platforms based on documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Tag users as authorisers and/or administrators in the system when required, facilitating ongoing compliance screening.
• Handle enquiries and follow-ups related to customer profile maintenance, providing clear and professional communication.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets accurately and promptly, contributing to efficient workflow management.
• Conduct live verification in systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls.
• Support other tasks or rotations as assigned within the department, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first attitude.
