Job summary

Westcon Solutions Pte. Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive Channel Sales/BDM assistant to coordinate vendor relationships, support sales teams, and meet customer requirements.

You will enable partners through product updates, promos and training, keep pricing aligned with vendor processes, and collaborate with Channels, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in IT, CS, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships and meet vendor quotas.
• Assist Channel Sales and BDMs to position product offerings and meet customer requirements.
• Deliver channel enablement through product updates, promos, events, and training.
• Work with internal system team to keep pricing up-to-date and vendor processes updated.
• Submit timely weekly reports to vendors and supervisor.
• Assist BDM/Channel to visit partners or end users to raise product mind share.
• Plan promos/trainings/events with vendors.
• Quarterly marketing planning and business reviews with vendors.
• Plan product growth for yearly or special projects.
• Collaborate with Channels, Marketing, Operations and Finance for smooth processes.
• Analyze QTD/YTD numbers and marketing results against metrics.
• Familiar with internal and vendor tools.
• Manage inventory with operations/purchasers weekly for healthy stock.
• Attend other duties as assigned.
