Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage new and existing channel partners, drive product sales, and build strong partner relationships to deliver smooth services.

You will identify prospects through direct mailing, cold-calling and referrals, meet with buyers to understand requirements, and coordinate with the technical team to fulfill contracts and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• 1–2 years proven sales record in IT / CCTV Surveillance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in tender processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales.
• Build positive relationships with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
• Identify and pursue prospects through lead generation activities (direct mailing, cold-calling, referrals).
• Meet with prospects to understand purchase requirements and decision-making criteria, supporting them with solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
• Develop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up.
• Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
• Prepare costing quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team on fulfilment of sales contracts.
• Ensure smooth delivery to customers through internal processes.
• Provide regular internal reports to superior to enhance performance.
