Job summary

Singapore Land Authority invites a Change Management Specialist to support the Land Title Registry transformation and modernisation programme. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare them to adopt new systems and ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition and programme success.

You will develop a change management strategy across the programme lifecycle, facilitate workshops and co-design activities, coordinate user training, monitor engagement, and report

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation or programme delivery.
• Experience engaging external stakeholders in digital transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and user validation activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesise feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ADKAR Change Management Framework; Prosci certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management strategy across the programme lifecycle.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and co-design activities to gather insights and shape requirements.
• Drive awareness and adoption through briefings, roadshows, and communication campaigns, coordinating user training as go-live approaches.
• Monitor engagement outcomes and maintain stakeholder logs and issue registers; prepare reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal officers and external parties to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
